Cheap iPad

T.J. Maxx is selling the 16 GB iPad for $399.99, which is $100 cheaper than Apple. Sounds great right? Well, not exactly, because Steve Jobs says that they are not authorized to resell Apple products. The mysterious thing is, how can they afford to sell it for $399.99 if Apple's not selling the iPad's to them at a reseller discount?
