Vintage Tech: iMac G4

I love the design of the iMac G4. It was a huge change in design from the earlier iMac G3.

When this iMac was released Steve Jobs said the the CRT was officially dead.

My particular iMac G4 is the 15" 800MHz (Early 2003) model that has been upgraded to 768MB RAM from the original 256MB. When I got the iMac it had a bad 60GB HDD, so I also upgraded the HDD to 80GB. The hard drive upgrade video in on my YouTube channel if you're interested.

Mac Pro 1,1 RAM Upgrade

4GB RAM just isn't enough for me anymore. I got too used to having 8GB RAM in my MacBook Pro, and I was feeling restricted with only 4GB RAM in my Mac Pro. My Mac Pro is now up to 8GB RAM!

320GB HDD

160GB HDD
